PAYMENT

▫ Payments via PayPal or MONO.
▫ The full amount is charged after the sketch. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission.
▫ Please be as clear as possible in your request and provide reference [character, outfits, emotions, poses, etc.]. or just trust me.
▫ There are no refunds after the end of artwork or while Im in process.
▫ Turnaround time is 2 to 12 weeks.

TERMS OF SERVICE

▫ The artwork will always include my signature.
▫ The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed prior.
▫ I might post your finished commission on my socials [unless asked to beforehand].
▫ You cannot change, modify, edit, or use my works without my permission. Unless for icon, header, etc with propper credit.
▫ I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason. I do not have to provide a reason why, but I will give notice.
▫ I will refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish/cannot work on your commissiion for any reason.
▫ The art I create for you cannot be used for training an AI. Breaking this will result in blacklisting from me. The same to be said for NFTs.

▫ In case of an additional character there should be a surcharge of 100% of the basic amount.
▫ Complex Outfit —> +80%
▫ Simple Background —> 15$
▫ Complex Background —> + 60%
▫ Character design from Scratch —> +20$
